Price and authorization
Review the product, quantity, currency, billing period, and total price shown by Apple before confirming. App Store purchases are processed through Apple. Agreement to these terms does not itself charge you; Apple’s confirmation authorizes the purchase. Do not purchase using another person’s payment method without permission.
Wrote Premium subscriptions
Premium subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period unless cancelled under Apple’s subscription settings. The App Store purchase sheet states the applicable price and billing period. Manage or cancel through your Apple account before renewal. Deleting Wrote or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
Use Restore Purchases in Wrote to restore eligible purchases. Availability and entitlements depend on verification of the App Store transaction and the associated Wrote account.
Grams
Grams are consumable digital items credited to the Wrote account associated with the verified purchase. Check that you are signed into the intended account before confirming. Keep your Apple receipt if delivery fails and contact support rather than repeating a charge.
Billing reviews and refunds
Contact contact@wrote.sh within seven days of purchase to request a discretionary Wrote billing review. Provide your Wrote username, purchase date, Apple order reference, and a brief explanation. Do not include payment-card details. Review does not guarantee approval or a refund.
Apple handles App Store refund requests under its own eligibility rules at reportaproblem.apple.com. The seven-day Wrote review window does not restrict Apple’s refund process, your statutory consumer rights, or remedies required by applicable law. Where a mandatory right conflicts with these terms, the mandatory right applies.
Cancellation stops future renewals subject to Apple’s rules; it does not automatically refund an existing charge. If an eligible purchase is refunded or revoked, associated digital entitlements may be adjusted consistently with Apple’s rules and applicable law.
